Affiliate Program
The affiliate program is an initiative from JPC Design Consortium to increase collaboration between JPC Design Consortium and people/firms who would like to have a firm carry out their Architectural and Engineering Designs, whilst receiving a percentage of the design fees.
This is as a result of a company policy, leading to a transition from a full focus on Direct Response to a healthy mix of both DR marketing and Affiliate marketing.
This will help us redirect our efforts towards the actual job of Architectural and Engineering Design, while our affiliates get paid a healthy commission on referrals.
AFFILIATE STRUCTURE
Typically, Anyone can take advantage of this affiliate program.
However, we find that people who have some prior experience in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry usually have the ability to be really effective in this program.
So, all you have to do is to refer us to clients who have a need for Architectural or Engineering Design Services, we do the work, and pay you a referral fee. The client remains yours, and we can either deal with the client through you, or directly, but we will not approach your clients behind your back.
The clients may be Developers, Architectural Designers, Builders, Home Owners, General Contractors, etc.
WHAT DO OUR COMMISSIONS LOOK LIKE?
The World of Architectural and Engineering Design, especially across cities and states is a world of variance in prices.
However, for our affiliates, our commissions start from 18.5% per project and averages out at 26% per project.
